Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential customers to discuss insurance options
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Educate customers on insurance products and tailor solutions to their needs
Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to drive sales
Process applications, policy changes, and service requests
Requirements
Licensed in Property, Casualty, & Life in the State of Wisconsin
Customer Service with Sales Experience (insurance experience preferred but not required)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to learn and explain insurance products effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems
A team player with a positive, professional attitude
