Part-Time Recruiter/ On site coordinator – $21/hour | Tuesdays to Sundays | Mondays Off | No Overtime

Location: Commerce Ca 90022

Pay: $21.00 an hour

Schedule:

• Tuesdays to Fridays: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturdays & Sundays: Must be available for either:
• 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM, or
• 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM

We’re hiring a Part-Time Recruiter who is detail-oriented, organized, and dependable. In this role, you’ll not only support our recruiting efforts but also help manage daily operations involving warehouse associates. This is a hands-on position that requires being comfortable in a warehouse environment and interacting directly with employees during shift check-ins.

We value your time — no overtime is required or expected, and Mondays are always off.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and schedule candidates for various roles
• Communicate with applicants via email, phone, and in person
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
• Support onboarding and follow up with new hires
• Check in warehouse associates as they arrive on-site
• Ensure all associates use the timeclock to punch in/out and complete the sign-in sheet
• Monitor daily attendance and send timely attendance reports to management
• Help manage warehouse shift transitions and staffing coverage

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Madeiran
• Comfortable working in and around warehouse environments
• Previous experience in recruiting, HR, warehouse operations, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills — written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using basic computer tools and office software
• Dependable and proactive, especially when it comes to tracking attendance and compliance
