We have partnered with our client in their search for multiple Java / React Full Stack Developers in Jersey City, NJ.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and troubleshoot creative software solutions, thinking beyond conventional approaches.
Write secure, high-quality production code and maintain robust algorithms.
Produce architecture and design artifacts, ensuring alignment with design constraints.
Analyze large, diverse data sets to develop visualizations and reporting for continuous improvement.
Identify hidden problems and patterns in data to enhance coding hygiene and system architecture.
Automate remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.
Champion communities of practice to promote adoption of new technologies.
Foster a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

Skills Required

Formal training / certification in software engineering and 5+ years of applied experience.

3+ years of hands-on full stack development with React, Java 17+, Spring Boot, and SQL.

Experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability for large-scale products.

Strong understanding of Microservice design patterns and cloud platform deployment.

Solid grasp of Java design patterns and data structures.

Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery (CI / CD).

Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies, application resiliency, and security.

In-depth knowledge of financial services industry IT systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing requirements.
