All Things Metal is a five-times best places to work award winner. We are seeking a dedicated CNC plasma operator to join our team! This person will be responsible for setting up and operating our CNC plasma cutting table.

Description of Duties and Job Responsibilities :

• Load and unload the burning table using forklift with chains or magnet
• Remove cut product from the table, stack on pallets or place in bins, and ensure timely delivery to the next department as required
• Program and operate plasma cutter
• Program and set up using proper gases and cutting tips
• Generate multiple part nestings
• Perform routine maintenance including cleaning machine and workspace
• Work in accordance to established safety rules and good housekeeping practices
• Work on additional equipment or tasks outside the job description as directed by the Plant Manager
• Perform all necessary quality checks during production and follow procedures when defective parts are discovered
• Complete daily production reports accurately
• Safety Sensitive Position
• Must be able to work independently
