About The Job

We are currently seeking an exceptional litigation attorney to oversee a busy docket of claims as part of our litigation team. The attorney will be responsible for investigating claims, supervising counsel, providing legal advice and managing risks and litigation budgets for all our business units.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate claims
  • Supervise counsel
  • Provide legal advice
  • Manage risks and litigation budgets
  • Negotiate and analyze legal issues
  • Provide practical legal and business advice
  • Understand all aspects of the litigation process from claim to resolution

Qualifications

  • J.D., member of the California Bar or qualified to register as an in-house attorney in California
  • 4+ years litigation experience
  • Experience negotiating and analyzing legal issues
  • Ability to provide practical legal / business advice
