[job_card.job_description]Competitive salary, $130,000 - $160,000 / year, depending on experience plus productivity bonuses Comprehensive benefits, medical, dental, 401k Excellent PTO and CME reimbursement and time off Mileage reimbursement Company manages credentialling, mentoring and education internals so providers can focus on patient care Full-time position, 4 days / week, 40hrs / week, no weekends In-depth training / Fellowship program for NP as they onboard - Fellowship program lasts 3-9 months, Employer will assist with licensing Advance Practice provider will be serving patients in a clinic setting in rural communities in CO, KS, WY, MN, MT, WA NP will lead in coordinating comprehensive evaluation and management of patients dealing with chronic pain Join an organization that values and appreciates NPs where you can build your practice and manage your own patient panel and you can make a big impact in a rural community Board Certified Nurse Practitioner Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, functional medicine, spine surgery or family medicine preferred Ideal provider is passionate about serving rural America Open to New Graduates!
