Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Director of Organic Social to execute monthly social strategies and manage the full content cycle
Stay updated on trends and adapt them strategically for clients while repurposing long-form content into engaging social media posts
Track and analyze performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments and optimize community engagement
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in social media, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment
Proven ability to build and execute month-to-month social strategies
Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and content formats
Experience with social analytics and performance reporting
A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
