We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join a well-established general contractor delivering projects throughout Greater Boston . This role will lead field operations on a range of commercial, multifamily, and healthcare projects, partnering closely with project management and subcontractor teams to deliver high-quality work safely, on schedule, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from project start through closeout
- Manage daily field operations, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
- Enforce site safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Coordinate inspections, logistics, and material deliveries
- Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and look-ahead schedules
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Engineers to resolve field issues
- Lead and mentor field staff while fostering a strong, team-oriented jobsite culture
