Growth Equity VP / Principal – Software

We’re looking for a

VP or Principal

to work hands‑on across the full investment lifecycle - from sourcing and diligence to execution and post‑acquisition growth. You’ll identify standout software businesses and help implement operational frameworks to scale them.

Key Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and execute software acquisitions

Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuations

Lead due diligence and coordinate cross‑functional workstreams

Support deal structuring, negotiation, and execution

Partner with leadership teams on post‑acquisition strategy and operational improvements

Ideal Candidate

4+ years of private equity, growth equity, or investing experience (software focus preferred)

Strong analytical, modeling, and communication

Thrives in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments

Passion for building and scaling software businesses
