Facilities Technician

Description

ABM is looking to hire skilled facility technicians to join our growing team. Interface with facility managers engineering contractors vendors for all maintenance and service. Perform basic handyman duties as noted below but not limited to :

Major Responsibilities :

Patch / Paint Walls

Install Corner Guards & Kick Plates

Ceiling Tile Replacement

Carpentry Repairs - As Needed.

Replace / Repair Carpet

Hang / Install Pictures / Electronics and Install Anchors

Door Repairs - Repair / Replace Door Handles Adjust Door Closure

Exterior Pressure Wash

Dusting cleaning

Plumbing Repairs - Unclog Toilets / Sinks Replace Flush Sensors Replace Faucets

Support Engineering as Needed - Replace HVAC Filters Lighting Restock Supplied Manage Equipment Inventory and Organization

Manage Corrigo Ticket - Ensure tickets are closed meeting SLA

Perform Site Inspections (Daily / Weekly / Monthly) Ensure Buildings Meet Client SLA

Engage with building occupants on repairs and ticket updates

Vendor Escort

Support Event Set-up / Furniture Move Request as Needed

Pay : $37.00 - $42.00 / Hr
