Loan Processor I

American Mortgage Network is currently seeking a Mortgage Processor I to join our team in Phoenix! NO REMOTE. IN OUR PHOENIX OFFICE ONLY!! The candidate must have recent experience processing Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans in a retail environment. American Mortgage Network is a 100% employee owned mortgage company. As a member of the Retail Mortgage Team, the Mortgage Processor I prepares and validates critical loan documentation in the Loan Origination System. Oversees accuracy and compliance to mortgage industry regulatory and investor guidelines. Scans and uploads documents in loan files to the loan origination system.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities :

• Have strong knowledge to process residential mortgage loan files from initial application to funding in a timely manner.
• Review loan file in detail and gather documentation from the borrower and third-party vendors and review AUS findings accordingly
• Responsible for completing files accurately and must have the ability to calculate income (W-2; Commission; Tax Returns)
• Responsible to review and confirm data in LOS that matches the loan file
• Responsible for communicating with all parties of the loan in a timely manner. Ability to review and understand investor guidelines.
• Successfully work directly with Loan Officers; Underwriters and Closing Department to ensure that loan files meet expected timelines.
• Ability to process efficiently 30 loans. Paper Pushers DO NOT APPLY.
