We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to join our team in maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of our outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and gardening, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring our grounds are safe, welcoming, and well-maintained. Responsibilities include performing routine landscaping tasks, managing outdoor equipment, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and care for lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas by mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, and watering.
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist in the planning and execution of landscaping projects, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Ensure walkways, parking lots, and public areas are clean, debris-free, and accessible.
• Monitor the health of plants and report any issues related to pests, disease, or other factors affecting plant vitality.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed to enhance the health and appearance of vegetation.
• Respond to weather-related emergencies, such as snow removal or branch clearing, as required.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure overall campus or facility maintenance objectives are met.
