SERVICE ADVISOR / WRITER – TUESDAY - SATURDAY

Pape’ Kenworth, the premier medium and heavy-duty truck and equipment dealer in the West, is looking for a Service Advisor / Writer to join their team in French Camp.

What You’ll Do

As our Service Advisor / Writer, you will ensure that all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed in the most efficient way possible, while providing an excellent customer experience. You will oversee service and warranty work orders, assist in shop workflow, check-in equipment for repair, and assist customers. You should enjoy working in a team, be customer service focused, and have a positive attitude.

What You Need

Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs.

Excellent customer relations and communication skills.

Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Compensation :

22.67-32.87 / hr (Depending on Experience)
