Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Home Health Discipline : LPN / LVN Start Date : 01 / 12 / 2026 Duration : 20 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Must have infusion experience. Skilled home care experience- Will not accept private duty nursing experience only Must have home health experience with OASIS training and experience. 1 year experience required Must have valid drivers license and car to make home visits. Must be COVID vaccinated or with exemption form on file. Must have flu shot or declination and in both cases mandatory mask wearing at all times while at work.
