We have an amazing Roving Leasing Consultant opportunity available with our team in Abilene, TX . This person will split their time between our six communities in the region. Come be a part of a team where we are IN IT TOGETHER!

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 30 am-5 : 30 pm

Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants
  • Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on-site amenities
  • Lease vacant apartments to new residents
  • Renew leasing contracts with existing residents
  • Create and facilitate all leasing documentation and contracts
  • Assist property team with marketing efforts
  • Participate in community outreach for brand awareness
  • Fostering and maintaining relationships with on-site residents

What We Need From You : -High school diploma or equivalent

  • 6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service
  • Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
