Position Summary

The Logistics Engineer is responsible for providing the management team with data reports, new business and renewal pricing, marketing principles, and ad hoc business support requests.

Job Responsibilities

• Process and product engineering :

Support development and deployment of Logistics, Warehouse and Supply Chain Management processes with analytics and Kaizen efforts,

Support local operational stabilization activities as required to support internally or externally identified performance issues

Support Operations as needed in implementing and monitoring Total Quality programs and Kaizen methodology to drive business process improvement activities

Experience related to logistics systems capabilities, with focus on WMS and Transloading systems, to serve as bridge between the operations and IT portfolio organization.

Support implementation activities associated with operational improvement initiatives, lead where assigned.
