A company is looking for a Director of Field Sales to lead and scale its Outside Sales Representative organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute hiring, onboarding, and training strategies to scale the OSR team from 13 to 40+ sales reps
Implement a standardized field sales playbook and enablement program to drive consistent activity and conversion rates
Manage and mentor OSR Leads / Managers, establishing KPIs and accountability structures for performance targets
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in scaling and leading high volume, field-based sales teams
Expertise in managing transactional sales motions with high daily activity
Experience partnering with RevOps to define KPIs, reporting structures, and sales tooling
Proven ability to develop, coach, and mentor sales leaders in a performance-driven culture
Ability to implement new processes, systems, and training programs effectively
