Customer Service Representative

Overview

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Ace Home Services has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative.

This position pays up to $50,000 including a base of $18-$20/hr plus uncapped spiffs.

Schedules: Must be willing to work rotating weekends. Shifts are scheduled between 7am and 8pm and may vary.

What you will do:

• Take inbound calls from new and existing customers AND make them a lifelong customer of Ace
• Outbound call membership holding customers for maintenance visits
• Communicate all promotions, sales and cross selling opportunities to customers
• Data entry of sensitive information
• General inbound customer service

What you bring:

• Previous customer service experience, and inbound call taking
• Service Titan experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to details and ability to multitask
• Conscientious, team player
• Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
