Open to candidates based in major metropolitan areas across the Central or Western U.S. This role requires proximity to a major airport and regular travel throughout the division.
Position Summary
As a Divisional Vice President, you lead a team of regional directors, and enable flawless execution, build future leaders, and deliver tremendous sales growth. With a keen focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, you work closely with your regional directors to roll out corporate initiatives and procedures that foster a WOW experience. Your leadership enables teams and individuals to thrive in an environment that is constantly changing and inspires commitment to shared goals and strategies through generating and recognizing outstanding performance. You build a culture of accountability with consistent direction, feedback, and follow-up to deliver continuous sales growth and operational efficiency. You are focused on building a winning strategy that grows the company and your career.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field15+ years retail experience with 7+ years multi-store management; experience in retail operationsStrong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to plan strategically and utilize time effectively to accomplish business objectivesAbility to exercise independent decision-making and work under little supervisionProven ability to lead, coach, and motivate staff in different locationsStrong business acumen and problem-solving skillsProven ability to successfully execute corporate business plansProficiency in computer use and standard office applicationsAbility to travel up to 50% of the time
