A company is looking for a Fulfillment Strategy Associate to optimize fulfillment center operations across the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute strategic projects for optimizing the fulfillment network, including labor planning and technology implementations
Analyze fulfillment center performance data to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement new processes and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications
6-8 years of experience in a strategy, operations, or logistics leadership role
Proven experience in fulfillment center operations or a large-scale distribution network
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and business intelligence tools
Track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
