Location : Columbus, OH (only considering candidates in the local Columbus area)
Hybrid : 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Williams Lea is hiring for a Hybrid Document Production Associate for our Columbus, OH office
1st shift with weekend : Tuesday to Friday, 11am to 7 : 30pm AND Sat 3 : 30pm to midnight EST (15% shift premium added)
Note : These hybrid positions can also report to our Wheeling, WV location. We also welcome applicants in that location!
Pay : $19.75 + 10% - 15% shift differential

Job Description
Do you have a keen eye to even the smallest of details? This position could be for you! In this role, your primary function will be document review and preparation. This includes creating spreadsheets, charts, graphs, mail merges, tables, presentations, and other documents to support the client's brand and track the progress of all work.
Job duties
denotes an "essential function")Utilize appropriate logs and / or tracking software for all document production workThoroughly assess job request and ensure appropriate completion of job tasks throughout task lifecyclePerform work in document production, proofreading, intake and workflow coordination functions, as neededUse established procedures, standards and formats to edit, proof, convert, create, transcribe or otherwise complete document production requests to client satisfactionDemonstrate proficiency in using equipment / technology / software and hardware necessary to perform job functionsCommunicate with team members, lead, supervisor or client on job or deadline concernsMeet contracted deadlines for service delivery to our clientsTroubleshoot basic software or hardware problemsHelp to foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the clientPerform quality assurance on work, as requestedAdhere to Williams Lea Tag policies, in addition to client policiesUse equipment and supplies in a cost efficient mannerQualifications
Job qualifications
High school diploma or equivalentMinimum (1) year document production experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environmentSkilled in the use MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong keyboarding and typing skillsFamiliar with other software programs for editing and / or creating documentsStrong attention to detail; able to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyMust have good organizational skillsMust be able to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely mannerAbility to handle sensitive and / or confidential documents and informationAble to exercise good judgment to make decisions that conform to business needs and policyGood problem solving skills, with the ability and understanding of when to escalate a problem to a supervisory levelAbility to maintain professional composure when working with immediate deadlinesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a teamAbility to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to communicate professionally both verbally and in writingMust be self-motivated with a positive attitudeProven customer service skills are required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
