Key Responsibilities
Support the design and optimization of loyalty programs that align with client goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable strategic recommendations for clients
Analyze data to create insights that guide customer experience and technology initiatives
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in loyalty, CRM, customer engagement, or marketing strategy
Exposure to multiple industry verticals such as retail, travel, and financial services
Understanding of loyalty fundamentals including earn / burn mechanics and lifecycle marketing
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred experience in supporting multi-brand or global loyalty initiatives
