  • Empathetic communication abilities with patients and colleagues alike
  • Creative problem-solving skills to adapt plans according to a diverse range of needs
  • Confidence in working independently and as part of a close-knit interdisciplinary team
  • Perks and Benefits

  • A full-time schedule with flexibility in shifts
  • Guidance through clinical mentorship and career development offerings
  • Access to superior tools, facilities, and documentation systems
  • Involvement in groundbreaking quality improvement and innovative initiatives
  • Your Impact in the Role

As part of this role, you will embrace far more than a clinical approach-you will help reshape routines, rekindle self-assurance, and bring back the joy to everyday living. Whether you are guiding stroke survivors through fine motor adjustments or assisting orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, your expertise will be the force that propels person-centered care, nurturing both resilience and autonomy.

This is not an environment for shortcuts or generic solutions; it's a space where every patient represents a unique story, and each therapy session serves as a pivotal chapter in their recovery journey. In collaboration with fellow therapists, medical professionals, and social workers, you'll co-create rehabilitation strategies tailored to the distinctive narratives of those you serve.

Your Future Team and the Unique Community

Here, we've created a community that thrives on inspiration and support. Our rehabilitation team doesn't merely log hours together; we foster camaraderie, exchange insights, and wholeheartedly celebrate successes-both big and small. In this workplace, your input is treasured, your development is nurtured, and your contributions are visible daily.

And let's talk about Boise-a city that beautifully balances nature and livability. Gone are the days of crowded urban landscapes; here you'll find majestic mountains, an array of hiking trails, and rivers that beg for weekend adventures. The local culture thrives on creativity, featuring lively arts, scrumptious eateries, and vibrant community gatherings that bring people together. From food trucks offering gourmet bites to cozy cafes that invite relaxation, Idaho's capital has something for everyone while allowing space for those peaceful nature escapes.

Your Qualities as Our Ideal Candidate

We seek someone who perceives occupational therapy not merely as a career, but as a profound calling. If you thrive at the sight of a patient regaining their ability to engage in life, reducing reliance on assistance, or articulating feelings they once struggled to share, then you will flourish here. Whether you are a seasoned OTR / L or a rising star fresh out of certification, a commitment to heart, dedication, and humility will be your greatest assets. If the notion of harmonizing high-quality patient care with an enriching lifestyle resonates with you-welcome to your new home.

Join Us in Crafting Meaningful Experiences

Consider this your call to join an endeavor much larger than a job. Here, you will have the opportunity to shape lives, facilitate recovery, and mend what was once broken, all amidst a community uniquely characterized by a harmonious blend of ambition and tranquility.

If you are poised to embark on a journey of growth, altruism, and connection within a nurturing community, we are excited to welcome you aboard.
