This position starts at $63,000 annually and increases based on experience.

Responsibilities :

• Understand the key performance indicators that support continued business growth
• Assist managing and direct all production and quality activity to ensure a safe work environment
• Work with Manufacturing Manager to create and execute a culture of continuous improvement
• Helps the Manufacturing Manager by maintaining and gathering data used to maintain a high level of production
• Responsible for helping establish and promote a safe working environment
