About our Agency

Now in her eighth year as a successful State Farm agent, Kandiss brings a unique background to her role in risk management, with a bachelors degree in Clinical Laboratory Science and a decade of experience in the ER of a Level 1 Trauma Center. While she once witnessed the limitations of her teams ability to help patients, Kandiss now dedicates herself to helping customers proactively protect against the unexpected.

Our team of nine spans two locations, providing high-quality service and meaningful support. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Kandiss Ecton - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
