A company is looking for a Lodging Manager - AI Trainer (Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI model outputs related to lodging management and provide structured feedback
Develop prompts for AI models that reflect real-world lodging management tasks
Work independently and flexibly, contributing to ongoing AI research projects
Required Qualifications
At least 4 years of professional experience in lodging management or related fields
Experience in managing and maintaining lodging facilities
Ability to train staff and monitor performance for operational efficiency
Experience in financial activities such as budgeting and setting room rates
Familiarity with customer service and resolving guest complaints
