This role is crucial for increasing team bandwidth, allowing for deeper analytical dives and the future development of interactive data visualization tools. You will play a pivotal role in refining our analytical processes and contributing to a long-term vision of data excellence.

**What You'll Do:**

* Perform comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to track performance and identify key trends.
* Execute complex data queries using SQL to extract relevant information for analysis.
* Transform extracted data into digestible formats within Excel, including the application of macros for efficiency.
* Develop and deliver impactful presentations in PowerPoint, translating complex data into clear, concise, and visually engaging stories for stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with the team to answer critical analytical questions and provide data-backed insights into market trends.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement within data extraction, analysis, and reporting workflows.
* Contribute to the strategic long-range goal of developing interactive dashboards, primarily using Tableau.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proven proficiency in SQL for running data queries and extracting information.
* Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including experience with macros.
* Strong command of Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional and impactful presentations.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data findings clearly.
* A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience or interest in contributing to strategic discussions based on data insights.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau, and a desire to develop interactive dashboards.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48.00 to $53.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
