This role plays a key part in supporting both construction management and O&M activities on environmental remediation system installations, helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
What You'll Do :
Construction Management : Support the Construction Manager with daily site operations and project coordinationDevelop and submit annual construction workplansMaintain accurate documentation, including reports, inspections, and material trackingParticipate in project meetings and contribute to scheduling, budgeting, and progress updatesPrepare construction progress reports and assist with environmental monitoring and recordkeeping
Operations and Maintenance (O&M) : Support site operations while maintaining safety, health, and environmental complianceConduct inspections and implement health and safety plansManage work crews, subcontractors, and vendorsTrack project costs and manage purchase ordersEnsure quality assurance and quality control on all site work and deliverables
What You'll Bring : 2-5 years of experience in civil construction or environmental projects (Level I : 2-3 years, Level II : 3-5 years)Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software, including PrimaveraBasic AutoCAD knowledge is a plus40-hour HAZWOPER and Cal-OSHA certifications preferred; training available if needed
