Product Analyst

Job Description

We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join one our clients in the consulting industry and specifically join their CRM core team. This group is central to enhancing commercial enablement by maintaining reliable client and account information and delivering features that help account teams and stakeholders with outreach and planning. In this role, you'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business partners to deliver solutions that are both impactful and intuitive.

A key part of the position involves working with data : understanding how information flows across systems, gathering requirements from other teams, and transforming those insights into clear, actionable visualizations that support decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Handle Support Requests : Monitor and prioritize incoming tickets, working with end-users and developers to resolve issues quickly.
• Break Down Work : Partner with the Product Owner to translate larger initiatives into manageable stories or research tasks.
• Craft User Stories : Write well‑structured, detailed stories that balance user needs with technical feasibility.
• Data Analysis & Visualization : Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to capture requirements around data flows, ensure data accuracy, and build visual dashboards or reports that make complex information easy to understand.
• Validate Solutions : Perform user acceptance testing to confirm that deliverables meet agreed‑upon criteria.
• Support Change Efforts : Work alongside the Change Management team to encourage adoption and smooth transitions, even if you’re not leading those efforts directly.

Pay Rate Range : 45-55 / hr
