Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage your own caseload in construction defect litigation

Draft legal documents including motions, discovery requests, and pleadings with precision

Conduct legal research and case analysis to support strategy and negotiation

Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and mediations

Collaborate with clients and internal team to develop strategic case plans

Work independently with a high level of accountability and attention to deadlines

Requirements :

Minimum of 7 years of construction defect litigation experience

Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar

Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize workload

Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills

Must be comfortable with billing and managing case activity proactively
