A company is looking for a Vice President of Global Sales - Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Translate commercial strategy into actionable sales plans and own new business ARR targets
Lead and mentor a global sales organization, establishing high-performance standards and consistent sales rhythms
Design and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the CEO and ensure alignment across all GTM functions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of sales leadership experience in hospitality, hotel technology, or recurring-revenue software
Proven success in leading regional or global sales teams and achieving ARR targets
Expertise in selling, segmentation, and multi-region go-to-market execution
Experience in building scalable sales processes and high-performing international teams
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional teams globally
