The Opportunity : We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Financial Sales Representative to join our sales team. This is a crucial role responsible for connecting with individuals and introducing them to the value of Facet's modern, comprehensive financial planning services. You will be a key player in expanding our member base, guiding prospective members through the sales funnel, and helping them understand how our flat-fee membership can transform their financial future.

What You'll Do :

• Act as the primary point of contact for new, qualified leads, conducting consultative sales through video calls, phone calls & emails to understand their financial goals and challenges.
• Articulate Facet's unique value proposition, clearly explaining our flat-fee membership model and how it differs from traditional, AUM-based financial advisory services.
• Lead the entire sales cycle from initial discovery meeting to closing, effectively addressing objections and building trust with potential members in a remote setting.
• Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain meticulous records in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to track all sales activities and progress.
