The Warehouse Lead will ensure shipping receiving and warehouse inventory activities are completed safely accurately and efficiently.  Assist plant leadership with coordinating activities of Team Members engaged in various functions within the warehouse utilizing knowledge of shipping receiving and warehouse functions.

What Youll Do

  • Lead and support day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping receiving inventory movement and material handling
  • Pull pack skid crate and prepare materials and products to meet order and quality specifications
  • Coordinate transportation needs including obtaining freight quotes and working with approved carriers
  • Ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is completed accurately and on time
  • Prioritize and delegate work assignments to meet on-time delivery and customer satisfaction goals
  • Act as a working lead and backup for all warehouse roles as needed
  • Identify errors drive corrective actions and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Help develop maintain and improve standard operating procedures and work instructions

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

Required :

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain forklift and industrial equipment certifications
  • Strong attention to detail organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while supporting team goals

    • Preferred :

  • Prior supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with ERP systems and barcode scanning technology
  • Ability to read basic blueprints and use hand and power tools

  • Sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential information
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced hands-on manufacturing environment

    • Physical & Work Environment

  • Ability to stand walk bend reach and lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
  • Work performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise moving equipment and airborne particles
  • PPE such as safety footwear eye protection or respirators may be required
