Welcome to 360 Westport! Our team is what makes us special, and we value and appreciate the strengths, energy, and charisma each team member brings with them. We are seeking servers that are personable, warm, and friendly that can multi-task and provide excellent service to our guests.Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting Customers: Welcoming guests as they arrive and seating them.
2. Taking Orders: Accurately recording food and drink orders from customers.
3. Serving Food and Drinks: Delivering orders to customers in a timely manner.
4. Customer Service: Ensuring customers have a pleasant dining experience by addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
5. Handling Payments: Processing payments, including cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
6. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the dining area clean and organized, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
7. Knowledge of Menu: Being familiar with the menu to answer questions and make recommendations.
8. Coordinating with Kitchen Staff: Communicating orders and special requests to the kitchen.
9. Upselling: Suggesting additional items or upgrades to enhance the dining experience.
10. Following Health and Safety Regulations: Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
