Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Part-Time

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will engage with team members and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate : $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTimeMon 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AMTue 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AMFri 03 : 30 PM - 11 : 30 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any unusual or suspicious activity to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points within the location.
  • Document and communicate any security-related incidents or hazards according to established protocols.
  • Support Allied Universal and client staff in emergency response activities as needed.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
