A thriving independent health system in Southern Missouri, just over an hour from St. Louis, is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join their team of 4 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a highly respected, well-established ENT program within a 250+ provider network.

Position Highlights :

Guaranteed Base Salary of $600,000 or greater based on productivity

Up to $42,000 / year in Student Loan Repayment

$50,000 Sign-On Bonus or Monthly Residency Stipend

Relocation Assistance up to $15,000

3 nights / month of call at a single hospital – Enjoy work-life balance

25 days PTO + CME stipend & days

Full benefits package including malpractice, health, dental, and retirement plans

Practice Details :

Join a collaborative team of 4 ENT physicians, 2 NPs, 2 audiologists, and allergy staff

No post-clinic notes – scribes provided at all times

Clinic hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–4 : 30 PM

Daily Volume : ~28 clinic patients; 10–12 OR cases weekly

Full-spectrum ENT including thyroid / parathyroid, head & neck oncology, and more
