Full Job Description : VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinic And Medical Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of VitalCheck's onsite clinics and workplace health programs. You will be responsible for driving the operational success of the program managing logistics, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering an efficient, high-quality experience for employees and our corporate clients. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong coordination with administrators, clinical staff, and our corporate operations team.

Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary liaison between operations, clinical staff, and corporate clients.
• Coordinate clinic scheduling, staffing, logistics, and supply management across multiple sites.
• Manage daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the administration of vaccines, TB testing, phlebotomy, drug testing, and mask fit procedures in accordance with clinical standards.
• Maintain accurate records, monitor performance metrics, and prepare operational reports for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and institutional protocols.
• Identify and resolve operational issues while supporting continuous process improvement.
• Touchbase with customers and patients on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction.
