About Us

We are a growing company specializing in DTF and UV printers. Our goal is to provide innovative and reliable printing solutions to our customers. We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Technician to join our team. We provide full training.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer Experience & Brand Building : Welcome in-store clients and deliver professional product demonstrations to create a premium brand experience.
  • Customer Conversion & Live Streaming : Plan and execute in-showroom live streaming and interactive sessions to maximize lead-to-sale conversion.
  • Brand Promotion & Event Planning : Collaborate with the marketing team to organize product launches, themed exhibitions, and online / offline campaigns to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Customer Service, Maintenance & Support : Handle inquiries, after-sales issues, repairs, and technical support, ensuring a smooth end-to-end client experience.
  • Showroom & Warehouse Coordination : Manage display materials, monitor inventory, and assist warehouse operations to ensure efficient showroom functioning.
