Manage program risks, dependencies, and ensure smooth delivery. Communicate program status and risks to stakeholders, ensuring accountability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver program objectives. Innovate and integrate agile methodologies to enhance program agility. Strong leadership in project and program management. Experience with system migrations and cloud computing (AWS, Azure). Proficiency in agile methodologies and frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage complex technical programs and drive successful outcomes. Strong communication skills across all organizational levels. Bachelor's degree in a technical field required, Master's or MBA preferred. 8+ years in software development and program management. Experience with data engineering, AI / ML, and cloud services. Proven track record in leading transformational programs.
