A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Coach customers throughout their lifecycle and collaborate with Customer Experience teams to ensure successful outcomes
Define adoption plans and post-sales engagement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to maximize customer value from solutions
Required Qualifications
Experience managing a portfolio of commercial customers in a SaaS or similar environment
Strong understanding of complex technology environments, including Cloud Native technologies
Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is preferred
Prior experience with DevOps, CI / CD, and Cloud Computing IaaS
Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mentality
