From basic repairs to assisting with more complex tasks, you'll gain hands-on experience in a variety of trades while delivering quality service to both residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with general maintenance and repair tasks across residential and commercial properties.
• Support in completing service requests including drywall patching, painting, light carpentry, and minor plumbing or electrical work.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and company vehicles.
• Document completed tasks and materials used during service calls.
• Provide excellent customer service by being professional, respectful, and reliable on every job site.
• Learn company standards and safety protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
