The Warehouse Associate – Level II is responsible for performing a broad range of operational support tasks to ensure the efficient flow of materials, equipment, and services across departments. This role reports directly to the Manager, Inside Operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts, materials, and equipment to customers and technicians within the service area, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as a “second set of hands” during equipment deliveries and installations.
• Support Fleet Management activities :

Coordinate vehicle service appointments and maintain service logs.

Oversee cleanliness and organization of warehouse and storage areas.

Conduct periodic cycle counts and assist with reconciliation of inventory variances.

Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and warehouse safety.

Assist in training and mentoring new Warehouse Helpers.

Requirements

Job Type : Full-time, on-site

Pay : $25 - $28 / hour
