Housekeeping Manager

We're seeking a Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As our new Housekeeping Manager you will:

1. Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the facility at all times
2. Perform daily walkthroughs of the facility
3. Implement and monitor daily tasks list
4. Oversee daily operations of housekeeping department; schedule, train and supervise housekeeping team members
5. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of all equipment, as assigned
6. Keep equipment, closets and dispensaries stocked, clean, and organized
7. Provide exceptional service to all clients at all times through customer-centric behavior
8. Maintain inventory and maintenance of all cleaning and facility supplies
9. Assist with special events, projects, and programs as needed
10. Resolve team and/or client issues using effective customer service and leadership skills
11. Other tasks as assigned

The Ideal Candidate would have:

• High School diploma required
• Building repairs experience required
• Minimum of 1 year previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory environment required
• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to use computer software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Email, Internet
• Fitness center facility maintenance experience

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $24.04/hour to $36.06/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
