How You'll Make a Difference

The Senior Cell Therapy Account Manager (Sr. CTAM) is responsible for sales by accelerating the adoption and appropriate use of Arcellx cell therapy products across leading academic hospitals and community networks. As the account lead, the Sr. CTAM drives strategic account managementcreating and executing action plans that expand therapy access, elevate treatment center performance, and deliver an unrivaled experience for both patients and providers. This role is central to advancing Arcellx's mission to transform outcomes for people living with multiple myeloma.

The states covered in this geography are : Southern CA, Hawaii.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $180,000 $230,000 per year. Where a candidate falls within that range is determined by factors such as years of experience and location. Our compensation package also includes a quarterly bonus and an equity (RSU) grant.
