Solutions Engineer

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support client relationships and technical needs.

Key Responsibilities

Become an expert on platform capabilities, APIs, and integration pathways

Serve as the technical lead and main contact for partners throughout the customer lifecycle

Collaborate with the Sales team to design solutions and share integration best practices

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in client-facing solutions engineering, technical sales, or consulting roles at a SaaS fintech company

Excellent knowledge of web services, APIs, and related standards such as HTTP and REST

Experience with SQL, Javascript, Python, and / or Golang

Self-starter able to take on tasks with minimal oversight and guidance

Ability to interact with enterprise customer teams at various levels of technical depth
