Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Operations & Compliance Manager will focus on supporting the optimization of our Talent Acquisition operations. This position will lead the process, technology, compliance, and back-office operations of the Talent Acquisition function. The Talent Acquisition Operations & Compliance Manager combines technical, compliance, and teammate management to support our recruiting processes and ensure best-in-class candidate experiences. This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition.
Duties & Responsibilities
Management :
- Manages and develops a Talent Acquisition Specialist team through effective coaching, performance management, and training to achieve company goals and deadlines
- Implements continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus
- Models company values and encourages team engagement
- Creates and maintains productivity dashboards to monitor KPIs and support hiring demands
- Collaborates with TA Management, Legal, and HR partners to implement training programs for TA Business Partners, Recruiters, and Specialists
- Reviews customer and candidate feedback through surveys to identify improvement opportunities
Technology :
Oversees vendor relationships and system integrationsAdministers myCAREER tool and coordinates with Talent Systems team on enhancementsManages existing technology tools and systemsProvides input on new tool evaluation and implementationMonitors technology vendor costs and partnershipsMaintains system documentation and user guidesProcess :
Implements and monitors TA branding initiatives across myCAREER site and social media channelsCoordinates with Marketing & Communications for content developmentAnalyzes recruiting metrics and KPIs to identify operational improvementsExecutes process enhancements across the TA lifecycleReviews sourcing and recruiting activities for effectivenessImplements improvements based on data analysis and team feedbackMaintains and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for TA processesCompliance :
Conducts regular audits of TA compliance requirementsMonitors background check and onboarding process complianceImplements compliance training programsEnsures documentation meets regulatory requirementsCoordinates with vendors to maintain compliance standardsReviews diversity-specific metrics and resultsKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities
TA processes and procedures to be used for training and onboarding of TA teammates.Working knowledge of compliance requirements including OFCCP, EEOC, Title 7, and local / state employment lawsDemonstrated experience with recruiting tools, ATS systems, and candidate sourcing technologiesAbility to document and maintain TA processes and procedures for team training and onboarding purposesExperience managing recruitment operationsContributes to workforce planning initiatives and supports implementationAssists with budget planning and monitoringPractical understanding of employment laws to maintain compliance with regulations and corporate policiesStrong project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple prioritiesDemonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical skillsExperience managing and engaging remote team membersProven ability to execute operational plans and initiativesMinimum Qualifications
Associate's degree with 3 to 5 years or relevant experienceExperience with applicant tracking platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar)Strong organizational and project management skillsExperience with HRIS systems and recruitment platformsDemonstrated ability to learn new technology systems quicklyStrong attention to detail and process orientationDemonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilitiesStrong technical and operational capabilitiesDemonstrated proficiency in problem solving and strong communication skillsPreferred Qualifications
