A company is looking for a Principal Data Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement scalable, resilient data pipelines using modern distributed systems
Develop and maintain ETL / ELT pipelines in Python and SQL, ensuring data consistency and high availability
Integrate and manage data synchronization with key marketing systems and establish best practices for data pipeline monitoring
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of professional experience as a data engineer in high-volume e-commerce environments
Expert level in Python and strong SQL skills with experience in modern data warehouses
Deep expertise with distributed message queues for event-driven architecture and high-volume data streaming
Proven experience designing complex, scalable AWS cloud data architectures
BS in Computer Science or equivalent
