Administrative Assistant

Our client, a leader in chemical management and data compliance, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Chemical Records Support team supporting data entry, record cleanup, and compliance auditing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Shift :
• Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8 hours
• What's the Job?
• Assist in data entry and cleanup of chemical records, including reassigning or removing duplicate materials and CAS records
• Maintain and update complex files and record systems, including SAP and other chemical management platforms
• Audit chemical records for completeness and compliance with regulatory standards
• Support data extraction, documentation, and review processes for regulatory reporting
• Help with layout, formatting of data, and writing summary reports as needed
• What's Needed?
• Associate's degree in a science-related field; preference for Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science coursework
• Some or all coursework towards a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields is strongly preferred
• At least 3 years of experience working in an office environment is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively
