American Veterinary Hospital is seeking a highly organized and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for hospital, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. Your main responsibilities will include:

Duties

- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person or department
- Managing the hospital's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Transcribing documents and maintaining accurate records
- Providing administrative support to various departments as needed

Skills

- Experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or Customer Service Representative is REQUIRED
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace and other computerized systems
- Strong computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
