Volunteer Description:
Unpaid volunteer contributing time to Intermountain Healthcare through playing the music in the North Lobby at Riverton Hospital.Riverton Hospital Music Volunteers assist in the comfort needs of patients, families and guests and enhance the patient and guest experience through playing the Piano, Guitar, Violin or Flute in the North lobby.
(Volunteers must bring their own instruments, if playing something other than the piano)
Requirements: A consecutive 6-month commitment, which entails volunteering one day per week for 1 or 2 hours; Passing a Background Check, Submit to a TB Test, and having an annual flu vaccine.
Volunteers will be able to choose the day and time that works best with your schedule.
Volunteers must be at least 14 years-old, must be fully vaccinated.
Qualified volunteers will receive an e-mail inviting them to a Volunteer Introduction/Orientation Meeting. Attending this meeting is mandatory toward becoming a volunteer.
